Storm Damage – Lemay Office Space

A deluge of heavy rain and winds ushered in a large quantity of muddy water to this unoccupied Lemay office space. You can see the silt in the before photo on the left with the water extraction process already underway. We had a lot of silt to remove. Fortunately, we had significant heavy duty water removal equipment at our disposal because that is what was needed for this job. Once all of the mud and water damage had been removed, we commenced the drying phase of the project. The paneled walls and porous concrete had absorbed a lot of moisture.
