Mold Damage – Shrewsberry Residence

Mold damage resulted from a leaky water pipe joint behind the pictured wall. The damage had been hidden for some time behind furniture, so it was allowed to spread throughout the walls before it was detected. We were forced to remove a significant amount of the wall board and the flooring to remediate the damage. Before we could tear out the damaged building materials, we had to move the customers belongings to our warehouse for drying and restoration. We employed heavy duty air movers and dehumidifiers to dry the damaged room after building a containment field to prevent mold spores from moving throughout the home.
